In-Country Supply Chain Performance Management

The In-Country Supply Chain Performance Management framework was developed to harmonize strategic health supply chain metrics, enabling countries and funders to track performance and drive improvements through a shared understanding. This global good establishes a unified set of eleven strategic metrics—such as On-Time, In-Full (OTIF) and Forecast Accuracy—across six performance areas, offering a single source of truth for assessing supply chain effectiveness. It aims to reduce redundant data requests, promote data-driven decision-making, and align country-level performance management with donor reporting cycles. Designed to be adaptable to varying levels of IT and data maturity, this framework supports the establishment of sustainable, government-led performance management systems that are integrated into broader digital health ecosystems.
