Supporting supply chains
to boost health outcomes

About the ISG

The Interagency Supply Chain Group (ISG) is a network that unites global health partners across cross-disease initiatives, all focused on strengthening global health supply chain systems. We are working towards a future where effective, efficient supply chains are integral to global health, ensuring equitable access to essential health products and services and a commitment is to improve health outcomes in Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs).

The ISG community is built on three core pillars: Collaboration to inform innovative solutions that advance strategic goals for global health supply chains; Knowledge and asset exchange within the community; and Advocacy for the transformative power of supply chains in improving health outcomes.

The ISG is an inclusive global health supply chain community, open to all, and governed by a Steering Committee with representatives from governments, UN agencies, academia, funding organizations, and civil society.

The ISG Integration Task Force (ITF)

In 2025, the Interagency Supply Chain Group will be leading a new initiative to address the critical challenges of Supply Chain fragmentation by forming a Taskforce on Supply Chain Integration.

This Taskforce will bring together professionals from across the global health supply chain for this exciting initiative, working closely with governments, UN agencies, academia, funders, the private sector, and civil society. Together, we will drive progress by:
Working across different health programs and organizations to improve coordination
Creating practical approaches and solutions to support integration
Helping shape policies and strategies at global, regional, and national levels
Advocating for more funding and resources to drive integration efforts

While Integration is not a new theme for many of us, given today's realities we believe it is more important than ever.

As the work of the ISG continues and expands, we will convene additional Working Groups focused on priority initiatives.
